Preschoolers ABC Playground is the app for you. Designed to engage preschoolers and help them learn the basics, the app also grows with your child. As your little ones are learning their letters you can show them how they are written and how they fit together to make words. While playing the games in Preschoolers ABC Playground your child will be learning:

The 7 different sections in the app are:

• ALPHABET. The first exercise in this section shows upper and lower case letters in alphabetical order, together with their animal partners. A matching game then gets your kids dragging and dropping upper case tiles onto their lower case counterparts or vice versa. A third exercise asks your child to pair together upper case letters with the correct animals.
• PAIRS. There are three versions of the classic memory card game in this section. Match upper case letters, upper and lower case letters or upper case letters and animal pairs.
• WORDS. Unscramble letters to spell animal names. There are three different levels of difficulty – beginner, advanced and Pro.
• PRACTICE. Gives your kid lots of practice tracing upper and lower case letters.
• WRITE. A drawing board where children can practice on either a blank page or one with ruled lines. If they want to copy letters then there are tiles available that they can drag and drop onto the board.
• YETI and his flying apple(core) – as a break, a reward or just for fun! If your child is spending too long playing this game then you can either limit their playtime in settings or hide the game completely.

Lettres de l’alphabet, écriture, tracé, son et nom des lettres, anagrammes et animaux pour les enfants
• Abécédaire – cette activité permet aux enfants de découvrir les 26 lettres de l’alphabet, leur nom (ou leur son), ainsi que la manière de les tracer. Chaque lettre est également associée à un animal, dont le nom commence par la lettre en question. L’enfant peut s’entraîner à tracer les lettres en suivant les flèches, et peut écouter à volonté le nom (ou le son) de la lettre en la touchant.
• Cahier d’écriture – cette activité permet de s’entraîner à tracer les 26 lettres de l’alphabet en caractères d’imprimerie (majuscules et minuscules). Différentes polices cursives sont également disponibles.
• Ardoise – cette activité offre un espace libre blanc ou ligné, pour s’exercer à écrire ses premiers mots en six couleurs. On peut aussi s’en servir comme un tableau à lettres mobiles magnétiques, pour écrire et décorer ses messages. Le résultat peut être sauvegardé dans la pellicule de l’iPad.
• Les deux font la paire – cette activité permet d’apprendre à associer les lettres majuscules et leur équivalent en minuscule, ainsi qu’à les placer dans l’ordre alphabétique.

State cercando qualcosa che possa aiutare i vostri piccoli pargoli amanti degli animali a sviluppare le solide basi di cui hanno bisogno per imparare a leggere e scrivere in modo perfetto e siete convinti della necessità di porre le abilità di base in contesto sia decisamente l’idea più saggia, rispetto all’istruzione in un ambiente isolato?
Allora Parco giochi delle lettere è l’app che fa al caso vostro. Progettata per coinvolgere i bambini più piccoli ed aiutarli nella fase di apprendimento degli elementi di base, questa è un’app che cresce assieme ai vostri bambini. Man mano che i vostri piccoli imparano le lettere, potrete mostrare loro come si scrivono e come metterle assieme per formare le parole, dando loro modo di imparare a leggere e scrivere in modo graduale – tutto questo utilizzando un’unica app. Ideale per le pause, come metodo per premiarli o per farli divertire, l’app include anche un semplice, ma coinvolgente, gioco basato sulle forme fisiche – più i vostri bambini imparano e fanno pratica, più potranno giocare!

Le 7 diverse sezioni presenti nell’app sono:
• FLASHCARDS. Mostra ogni lettera in maiuscolo secondo il nome e la pronuncia, assieme ad un animale diverso da associare ad ogni lettera. Inoltre, è possibile tracciare ogni singola lettera e mostrare come si scrive.
• ALFABETO. Il primo esercizio contenuto in questa sezione mostra le lettere maiuscole e quelle minuscole in ordine alfabetico, associandole ad un rispettivo animale. Quindi, si passa ad un gioco basato sull’abbinamento dove i vostri bambini dovranno trascinare e rilasciare le lettere in maiuscolo nelle caselle in cui appaiono quelle in minuscolo, o viceversa. Nel terzo esercizio viene chiesto ai vostri bambini di abbinare correttamente le lettere in maiuscolo ai rispettivi animali.
• ABBINAMENTI. In questa sezione sono contenute tre versioni del classico gioco di carte basato sulla memorizzazione. Il gioco consiste nell’abbinare fra di loro le lettere in maiuscolo, quelle in maiuscolo con quelle in minuscolo o in maiuscolo e gli animali.
• PAROLE. Questa sezione consiste nel riordinare le parole che formano il nome di un animale. Sono disponibili tre livelli di difficoltà: principiante, avanzato e Pro.
• PRATICA. Dà ai vostri bambini la possibilità di fare pratica tracciando le lettere scritte in maiuscolo e in minuscolo.
• SCRITTURA. Una tavola da disegno, dove i vostri bambini possono fare pratica sia su un foglio bianco che su uno con linee definite. Se vogliono copiare le lettere, allora avranno a loro disposizione delle caselle che possono essere trascinate e rilasciate sulla tavola.
• YETI e la sua mela volante (core) – una sezione da utilizzare come momento di pausa, come modo per premiare o per puro divertimento! Se i vostri bambini passano troppo tempo a giocare a questo gioco, avrete la possibilità di limitarne la durata nelle impostazioni, oppure di nasconderlo completamente.

Parque infantil de las letras es tu aplicación ideal. Diseñada para hacer participar a los niños de preescolar y ayudarles a aprender conocimientos básicos, la aplicación también crece con tu hijo. • ALFABETO. El primer ejercicio de esta sección muestra letras mayúsculas y minúsculas en orden alfabético, junto con sus compañeros animales. Luego un juego de relacionar hace que tus hijos arrastren y suelten baldosas de letras mayúsculas sobre sus versiones minúsculas o viceversa. Un tercer ejercicio pide a tu hijo que una letras mayúsculas con los animales correctos.
• PAREJAS. En esta sección hay tres versiones del juego de cartas de memoria clásico. Relaciona letras mayúsculas, letras mayúsculas y minúsculas, o bien letras mayúsculas y parejas animales.
• PALABRAS. Ordena las letras para deletrear nombres de animales. Hay tres niveles de dificultad diferentes: principiante, avanzado y profesional.

Ett passningsspel får sedan ungarna att dra och släppa brickor med stora bokstäver på deras respektive små bokstavsmotparter och tvärtom. En tredje övning ber barnet att para ihop stora bokstäver med rätt djur.
• PAR. Det finns tre versioner av det klassiska Memory-spelet i den här sektionen. Passa ihop stora bokstäver, stora och små bokstäver samt par med stora bokstäver och djur.
• ORD. Plocka fram bokstäver för att stava till djurnamn. Det finns tre olika svårighetsnivåer – nybörjare, avancerad och proffs.
• ÖVNING. Ger ungarna massor av övning i att rita stora och små bokstäver.
• SKRIVA. Ett ritbord där barn kan öva på antinget ett blankt papper eller ett linjerat. Om de vill kopiera bokstäver så finns brickor tillgängliga som de kan dra och släppa på ritbordet.

De geweldige app voor kinderen om letters te leren lezen en schrijven. Met 8 verschillende lettertypen en veel leuke oefeningen.
Beste ouders en leraren,
deze speeltuin voor letters heb ik voor mijn dochtertje ontwikkeld om met haar het alfabet te oefenen. Uit de oorspronkelijk geplande „eenvoudige flashcards app met dieren“ is met verloop van tijd – door de vele leuke reacties van ouders en leraren uit de hele wereld – één van de meest uitgebreide apps voor het leren van het alfabet ontstaan die er is.
• Hij bevat 8 lettertypen met hoofdletters en kleine letters
– Blokletters
– Basisstijl
– Latijns lettertype
– Vereenvoudigd lettertype
– Basislettertype voor het onderwijs
– US Cursive Handwriting
– Sütterlin
– Kurrent
• Er kan elk moment gewisseld worden tussen de „fonetische uitspraak“ en de „uitspraak met klinkers“.
• Ondertussen ondersteunt de ABC speeltuin 7 talen en het is daarmee ook geweldig geschikt om een vreemde taal mee te leren. Om dit te laten werken en omdat er voor elke letter in iedere taal een passend dier is, heb ik in totaal 80 verschillende dieren afgebeeld.
• De 6 opeenvolgende oefeningen van de app zijn als volgt onderverdeeld:
1. FLASHCARDS
In het eerste deel worden de hoofdletters van A-Z voorgesteld. De naam van de letter kan door aanraking beluisterd worden en de vorm van de letter kan worden opgezocht.
2. OEFENEN
Naast de hoofdletters komen kleine letters te staan. Via een gemakkelijk toegankelijk menu kan één van de bovengenoemde lettertypen uitgekozen worden.
3. SCHRIJVEN
Hier kunnen die kleintjes zich uitleven en ofwel met de „vrije hand“ in 6 kleuren met de vinger schrijven en/of de eerder geleerde letters naar het schrijfvlak slepen en daar plaatsen, net als bij een magnetisch schoolbord. Teveel geplaatste letters kunnen verwijderd worden door aan de rand van het scherm te trekken. Van het gemaakte „bericht“ kan een foto gemaakt worden die later in het fotoalbum kan worden bekeken.
4. ALFABET
Deze miniverzameling bestaat uit vier kleine activiteiten:
1.) Overzicht van het gehele alfabet (alle dieren, de letters van elk lettertype in één oogopslag)
2.) Zoek de hoofdletter en de bijbehorende kleine letter bij elkaar
3.) Zet de letters van het alfabet in de juiste volgorde
5. PAREN
Eenvoudig memospel met 3 spelwijzen. De paren bestaan uit een hoofdletter &
a.) Hoofdletter
b.) Plaatje van een dier
c.) Kleine letter
6. WOORDEN
Bij deze oefening kunnen de namen van alle dieren worden geschreven. De afzonderlijke letters van de naam van het dier worden door elkaar gegooid en moeten weer in de juiste volgorde worden gezet.
• Om de kinderen zoveel en zo goed mogelijk te laten oefenen, is in de app een beloningssysteem in combinatie met een grappig Yeti-spel geïntegreerd.

Beware. This has some good features but the voice saying the letter sounds does not use American phonetic sounds. For example the W is pronounced „v“. Very confusing to early learners. I will keep shopping.!!
NOTE: You can switch from british english to american english sounds. Both were recorded by nativ speakers. I’ll try to optimize the „v“ sound! 🙂 Thanks for the hint!

Nach so einer App für meinen kleinen hab ich schon lang gesucht! Er ist jetzt 3 1/2 und findet es ganz toll! Empfehlenswert für diejenigen die ihre kleinen schon ans schreiben gewöhnen möchten- ein extra Stift holen, damit sie sich auch ans halten und schreiben mit einem Stift gewöhnen und lernen können. Die Bedienung ist auch für kleinere Kinder sehr einfach und logisch und die Illustrationen sind sehr schön und kindgerecht. The only thing keeping it from a five is that there’s no American English voice..

This is a delightful app for young learners who want to learn about letters. My preschoolers and kindergarteners found this app to be engaging. This app includes 6 different exercises to promote alphabet learning including flashcards, practice, writing, assigning (matching and sequencing), pairs, and words. Nicely narrated, all pronunciations in the English version are easy to understand. One would not know a professional speaker was not used.

Overall, I really liked this app. I can tell that the developer really put a great deal of thought and effort into the activities. This app is a fun way to teach and reinforce these early reading skills. The variety of exercises kept my kids entertained for quite a while. I will definitely be incorporating Playground HD3 – ABC Edition into my homeschool lessons. It is a great tool to have for any family with young children who are learning to read. more…
