Basic Sports Timer: HIIT

We use this Basic Sports Timer for our Wing Tsun workouts. It’s quick & easy to set up so you can focus on your training. This simple App can be used for any kind of interval training, HIIT sessions (including Tabata method), boxing, MMA, running, stretching etc.

INTERVAL TIMER:
• Adjust duration of Workout & Pause and your are ready to go!
• Just tap the screen to start / stop
• Set number of rounds / Number of rounds are counted until you’re done.

COUNTDOWN:
• Adjust Workout duration and your are ready to go!
• Just tap the screen to start / stop

BOX-DRILL: Fix duration – 3 Minutes
– 1.: Punch hard & consistent against a sandbag for 10 seconds – then take a break for 10 seconds.
– 2.: Punch hard & consistent against a sandbag for 20 seconds – then take a break for 20 seconds.
– 3.: Punch hard & consistent against a sandbag for 30 seconds – then take a break for 30 seconds.
– 4.: Punch hard & consistent against a sandbag for 20 seconds – then take a break for 20 seconds.
– 5.: Punch hard & consistent against a sandbag for 10 seconds – then take a break for 5 seconds.
– 6.: Punch hard & consistent against a sandbag for 5 seconds.

STOPP WATCH:
• Saves up to 15 rounds
• It’s accurate to 1/100 of a second

ALARM:
• Set time to start / stop your training session
